Rotary dryer mainly consists of heat supply source,charging machine,feeder,revolving cylinder,discharging machine,induced fan,discharger and power distributing cabinet. After post-dehydration wet material is plunged from one end of a dryer,materials are evenly distributed and dispersed in the dryer under stir of the shoveling plates uniformly distributed in internal drum,to fully contact hot air in cocurrent flo (contraflow),which expedites drying and heat transfer as well as mass transfer impellent. In drying process under action of slant shoveling plate and hot gas flow,materials adjustably move to the stellate discharge valve at the other segment of dryer to discharge finished product. Drying is important before briquette making.It is necessary to control the moisture of material at 8-12% exactly, in order to get supplier quality of biomass briquettes with high density. 2.The selection of dryer model depends on the original moisture content of raw materials. 3.Wood dryer is suitable for drying materials like sawdust, rice hull, milling wheat straw, corn stalk etc.Raw materials size:?1mm&?5mm Working Prinple The whole system consist of fan blower, motor engine, fuel boiler, steel pipe, cyclone and air lock.In this system, wet material is input hopper by screw feeder.Fuel furnace produces large volume of hot air.The hot air is driven into steel pipes, mixed with raw material sent by drying chamber by spiral feeder in the suspending state through the steel pipe; moisture evaporates as the material traverses alsong the steel pipe and is rendered dry at the discharge end.Humid air is continuously exhausted, thus the material is dried.
